With all of the new fangled diet schemes, new workout programs on tv, books on weight loss it is easy to become confused about how to lose weight. The good news is that the basics of weight loss have NEVER changed over the years. Believe it our not…. losing weight is simple. It all boils down to Calories In versus Calories Out. Too many Calories In, and you will gain weight. Extra Calories Out and you will lose it. Keep in mind that 3,500 calories equals one pound and every single calorie counts!
