There are so many benefits to this exercise in addition to a great calorie burn. It helps with shaping nice glutes and helps make nice long lean triceps while also being a good calorie burning exercise
1) Follow the video to understand how to do this exercise properly once
2) Once you’ve got it down advance the exercise by using a heavier Dumbell.
