Here is the seventh exercise in a series of great calorie massive calorie burning exercises.

Push Up and Knee Crossover

There are so many benefits to this exercise in addition to a great calorie burn.  It helps with strengthening your upper body, helps define your arms, and is fantastic core exercise.
1) Follow the video to understand how to do this exercise properly once
2) Once you’ve got it down advance the exercise by using differing and wider hand positions.
