Here is the six exercise in a series of great calorie massive calorie burning exercises.
Single Leg Deadlifts with a Row
There are so many benefits to this exercise in addition to a great calorie burn. It helps with balance, building a lean shapely waist, works the glutes, and will redefine your back. This exercise also uses several movements at once and will develop co-ordination skills as well.
1) Follow the video to understand how to do this exercise properly once
2) Once you’ve got it down advance the exercise by using heavier weights to row with.
