Here is the fifth exercise in a series of great calorie massive calorie burning exercises.
Lunges with Medicine Ball Rotation
This exercise is particularly great because it uses several movements at once… it really helps with building a stable solid trunk/core while strengthening and redefining the legs.
1) Follow the video to understand how to do this exercise properly once
2) Once you’ve got it down add some momentum to it by doing the exercise faster.
