Here’s your next midsection shaping workout.
Here’s Tina’s ABs Blaster – Simple Core Circuit #2 completely laid out.
Do each of these exercises 10 times one after the other for a total of 5 – 8 rounds.
Tina’s Simple Core Circuit #2
Exercise #1 – Knee up Crunches x 10
Exercise #2 – Elbow to Knee Scissors x 10
Exercise #3 – Side Crunch (Do both sides) x 10
Exercise #4 – Bicycle x 10
Repeat Circuit 5 – 8 times or till fatigue( your not able to do the exercise anymore).
** Remember to warm up before with a brisk walk, jog, or other activity to gradually bring your heart rate up and body ready to exercise.
** Stretch and loosen up your body after each workout. ( Stretch Videos coming)
